Steelers Draft Picks

With the 2015 NFL Draft done with, teams can now start to put their picks to the test at the training camps. This year, the Pittsburgh Steelers made some bold choices with the eight players they picked up. They decided to skip the quarterback position entirely, as they selected the following players to be added to their roster:

PICK

Bud Dupree OLB 6’4’’ 269 Kentucky 6.1

56

Senquez Golson CB 5’9’’ 176 Mississippi 5.6

87

Sammie Coates WR 6’1’’ 212 Auburn 5.6

121

212

Anthony Chickillo DE 6’3’’ 267 Miami 5.4

239

Each player the Steelers picked has a specific role to play out in the future of the team. Looking at Jesse James, a large tight end that will more than likely take over for Matt Spaeth, as he is starting to get old.

Either way, there are many valid reasons these players are now training with the team. If you want to check out some more reason, check them out here.
